Ever heard of The Curve, the learning curve Of course you have. Ever felt you would not get over the
crest of that curve Of course you have. Everyone has experienced this whether they are 1 or 100. Think back
to when you were starting to crawl, walk, write, jump rope, ride a bike, learn the alphabet, drive a car,
learn to cook, hit a home run, write an essay, study for a big test, prepare a speech, search the
Internet or start a new job. You have experienced The Curve.

I hate it because I want to know
everything right now and be good at it goal setting. Not as a perfectionist but, okay, doing a good
job is important. The quicker I know what I am to do and how to do it the better I
feel. Getting over the crest in The Curve helps reduce frustration, anxiety, and stress and is replaced with happiness, enjoyment,
satisfaction and a feeling of accomplishment.

It means I have had the courage to step outside of my comfort
zone. I've taken a risk, expanded my mind, grown, perhaps met new people, learned a new skill and proven once
again that I can do it! Change takes courage but it is thrilling too. Who are your mentors, the people
who guided you to and over The Curve Certainly you might consider parents, friends, employers, teachers and clergy at the
top of your list goal setting.

The Curve was there with network marketing. In hard economic times, according to
Donald somekeywordmarketing attracts "people with an entrepreneurial spirit". Because there are ins and outs associated with this business, you can
muddle through alone or find someone who has been there and done that to help shorten your climb.

Find a mentor that you connect with. You are going to be working together, perhaps thousands of miles apart, but
it shouldn't feel like thousands of miles. Your style does not need to be exactly the same but there are
attributes that foster a positive relationship such as: kindness, integrity, intelligence, being very human and very patient. You do not need
to be the same gender or even close in age. The beauty is you can add value to each other
because, whether we think about it or not, every person has and can offer their own type of value.

comfortzone We tend to stay in our comfort zone of people and experiences when right outside of that
barrier, it is a barrier, waits an entirely new world! The goal is to accept the challenge and just go
for it! According to Donald somekeywordMarketing offers a "big difference between opportunity and success". A mentor can often be the
extra little step to assist you to get over and outside of the barrier and find the success in network
marketing.

Everyone gets stuck in a every day routine. Time appears to pass so speedily that it may be challengingto notice this. Many people do the precise very same thing nowadays that they did yesterday. Its comfortable to them
and it doesn't "rock the boat".

You can find many factors why becoming stuck in your personal comfort zone
can harm you as an individual. You can't find out new points or grow and mature as a person. Others
may possibly view you as narrow minded on account of your lack of spontaneity. You could be stuck in a
dead-end job due to the fact you might be too frightened to pursue your dreams. You might even have a
fear of interacting socially with other folks so you opt to stay house. Hey, its secure there, correct

Social
interaction tends to be a huge problem here. Its certainly the very first step to leaving your "zone". You'll need
to meet new folks so that you can broaden your horizons. Some find this to be probably the most terrifying
prospect. It can be difficult to create new friends and discover widespread ground with them. Often, even saying, "Hello", is
challenging. Nonetheless, it ought to be accomplished so that you can accomplish this goal. Commence by just walking down a
busy street and extending a greeting to five men and women you might have never met. You may see them
once more the next day and you'll be able to greet them again and supply a comment like, "It's a
stunning day, is not it" After a few days, you're bound to be recognized. Often the most effective friendships develop
this way.

New people in your life are constantly looking for ways to prod you forward. You never know
who you may meet. Somebody may be in a career field you've often coveted. He or she might try to
push you to get extra schooling and ultimately leave your present job that you can't stand anyway. Usually a scary
option but once you get to know your new friend, you might be powerless to resist the urge to finally
do some thing about it.

You may meet folks whom you think have some bizarre interests or hobbies. It's
usually prudent to use excellent judgment here. In case you are deathly afraid of heights then it can be possibly
not wise to accompany a new pal on his or her most recent skydiving adventure. Commence by simply climbing a
ladder instead.

In case you are "terminally single", you could even meet your soul mate. Thousand of couples wind
up married as a result of a single chance encounter at a crosswalk or a grocery store. The prospect of
marriage will be the ultimate comfort zone enemy. There is no possible way your spouse will allow you to be
stuck in a rut. It is possible to attempt to establish a boring, comfy "routine" but the by no means
ending nagging from your spouse will get you moving. As soon as kids enter the scene, forget it. You are
going to never have your own little zone once more. It'll be filled with other folks continually pulling you in
new directions.

People who cannot expand their horizons will never experience any of these things in life. They will
not be living, they are going to be existing. There will not be any opportunities to do something helpful or
exciting. This is absolutely no method to live. Boredom will inevitably follow. comfortzonebook In case you are in danger
of being stuck in a rut, do something about it so that you are able to have an interesting life
filled with opportunities and new avenues.

Necessary reasons to keep your desire to learn. Have you ever weighed upon how necessary learning is to your life
in terms of your ability to not only survive but also to thrive both professionally and personally Becoming a lifelong
learner is important to your health, your success, and your happiness, but if that is not enough reason to learn
more then consider these three necessary reasons to keep your desire to learn and to live and learn comfortzone./>
Change is good. Yes, we often resist that idea because so often change is not comfortable. However moving
outside our comfort zone can help us become better at all manner of things. We can become better people, better
professionals, and better at any number of things you can dream up.

Learning can increase your strengths. The
old adage "the more you learn, the more you learn you don't know" holds true in almost every field of
knowledge and human experience. There is always something more you can learn even if you are an expert and few
of us hold such expertise that we cannot learn something new.

Learning and challenging ourselves can protect against memory
loss. It is important to remember that the brain is a muscle and we must exercise that muscle regularly if
we want it to retain its strength and resilience. goal setting Learning new skills, enjoying new experiences, and offering
our brains new challenges can all contribute to a long, healthy life for our brain. Just as you protect your
body and health watch out for your brain's health as well by becoming a lifelong learner.

These are
just three necessary reasons to keep your desire to learn that should give you food for thought and hopefully start
you on the road to learning more and improving yourself today, tomorrow, and all the tomorrows to come. Now go
forth and live and learn so you too can reap the benefits of becoming a lifelong learner!

It has always been curious how so many spend thousands to expand and develop greater performances from their modesof transport especially their cars and yet hesitate on avenues that will do wonders on the expansion of the mind./>
Curiouser and curiouser what what and all that jazz but still the shock to the system when someone suggests
investing in a program that may benefit your mental growth while at the same time not hesitating to buy a
pack of cigarettes for an exorbitant amount of buckaroos a pack go figure! Did anyone see any cigarette companies go
bankrupt lately

Right off the bat I will tell you that there are no particular group of 7 -
11 ways to expand your mind because firstly there is no such thing as a limit on the potential you
have available to you right now to increase and a quick fix of 7 - 11 steps is a sham
of shams so why do you want a quick fix Answer: in this world of fast foods and faster cars
and fast people we want or demand to be more precise a speedy answer to elevate our thinking and use
of our minds by more than the recognized level of 10%. Although those with above average level of intelligence may
be at 11 or 12% but maybe not either and who knows anyway unless they seek the answer.

Imagine
you are out somewhere and you sense something like for example you know that if you walk into this particular
store you will find the exact outfit you have been dreaming of. Or you are out somewhere and you see
someone and as you stare at them they realize someone is staring and look up and catch you or visa
versa. This is telepathy at work and one of the facets available to us that we do not give a
second thought to developing.

Hindsight is magical and nothing would be done incorrectly if we could do it a
second time, but we can by using our powers of telepathy and intuition.

goal setting Most ofus do not listen to that wee voice inside that is drumming away incessantly advising us not to take a
particular action or to make a suggested decision and later we regret not listening to our sixth sense.

Some
people have mastered this advanced way of thinking and using their intelligence making tons of money giving advice and offering
solutions that we could do ourselves if we but took the time to develop our extrasensory perception. There is no
earthly reason why anyone should be so oblivious to the world that is awaiting their attention, except laziness and apathy:
the nemesis of life.

How many times have you thought about calling someone only to pick up the ringing
phone to find this person on the other end See what I mean Well what are you waiting for seek
and seek some more so you will learn. Socrates says that the life which is unexamined is not worth living!/>
Memory is not about having the ability to randomly quote the alphabet backwards sideways or upside down, or even
to know every single number and address of your contacts. We do not need to be walking encyclopedias, leave that
to those who choose to be that way for like circus acts there is a place for them too.
/>There are three distinct types of memory: a) sensory memory which is the initial 200 - 500 milliseconds after an
item is perceived. B) Short term memory allows one to remember items within a short time span say from several
seconds to a minute without effort but is limited in its scope. This can be compared to the history on
your computer.

c) Long term memory is for storing large capacities of useful and uselsss information and this is
where we can fool ourselves into thinking that the better we are at remembering silly things like phone numbers the
less stupid we will look in conversations with others when simple things just happen to evade us.

Memory is
as important as it is very relevant but why fill it up with nonsensical garbage when we can use it
to expand our abilities. We are not computers that need to be programmed with an A to Z of how's
and why's but we are thinking individuals created in God's likeness that means we have the abilities to sense auras
and feel in depth feelings of loved ones far away like identical twins can and this is not an ability
peculiar to twins alone.

There are a myriad of messages zooming all around us in the air in forms
of energy that currently evade us because we have not honed our skills to attract them so we understand and
benefit from them.

Focus like Graham Bell did or Einstein or the best of all Columbus who refused to
give in to the current thinking patterns of his day and thank God he persisted because he was in sync
with the universe and he knew there was another bigger picture that the uninitiated did not cultivate their minds so
they too would know. This is not a secret found only to the sages of yonder years but a secret
is only one if it is kept hidden and not shared and guess what

The universe says this ability
or apparent mystical mystery awaits you like Aladdin's lamp and imagine what you would do if you found that See
you are once again limiting your advances on a discovery of one form when there are a zillion others waiting
out there for you to grasp from the air.

Now the question remains: are you Columbus with a vision
for a bigger universe, or are you the naysayers who doubted his rationale I reckon you are another Columbus but
this time you will know on what planet you are landing and call it such!

Another appropriate question is
this: would you prefer to engage in silly gossip, silly arguments and silly grudges and watching silly soap operas because
you are not intelligent enough to know the difference or would you prefer to be involved in the expansion of
not only minds but the universe as we know it today because you are intelligent enough to know how.

In order to lose weight and keep it off you must break out of your comfort zone and moveinto unknown territory. This can be intimidating and stressful but it doesn't have to be. This article will walk you
through how to successfully navigate your way out of your comfort zone and create new beneficial habits.

When you set your mind on losing weight you start to see new ways of doing things that can
replace your old habits, my advice is to experiment with these new ways of being before committing to them.

For instance, if you have decided to get real about your afternoon sugar habit you might decide that
you want to replace the sugar with a salad. Before you commit to this new plan, experiment with it. Try
it out for a few days and note how well it fits into your life and how satisfying it is.
This way if an experiment doesn't work out then the experiment failed and you can try again. If however, you
commit to change and it doesn't work out, then you are more likely to feel that you failed.

Once you have gone through the experimentation and found a solution that satisfies you, you are ready to commit.
Write down in one sentence what you now do.

You are almost there! There is a commontheory that a new habit can be created in 21 days. I always saw this as flawed because it implies
that simply doing a different action for 21 days will create permanent change. What I have found is that you
must first change the thought behind the habit and this comes with repetition.

For the next 21 daysrepeat your commitment phrase to yourself every chance you get. comfortzonebook If you are stopped at a traffic light,
waiting in line, looking for a snack, whatever you are doing, repeat it over and over again. I suggest repeating
the statement 21 times each day for 21 days.

This step-by-step process will take some time and a
little bit of effort but you will successfully move out of your comfort zone. Old habits can change and you
can stick to a healthy eating and living plan, so find a commitment you can feel good about and keep
moving toward your goal.

comfortzone Youve probably heard that pheromones are natural chemicals manufactured in the body. These chemicals play a role in
sexual attraction, fear, aggression, and other animal behaviors. Theyve been most widely studied by entomologists since theyre known to regulate
many aspects of insect interaction. The secretion of the various pheromones signal the social behavior of many insect species, including
mating and social hierarchy (think queen bee and her buzzing court. ).

Pheromones also play a part in an
animals ability to self-calm and relax comfortzone. Now, a pair of products called the Farnam Comfort Zone with Feliway
for cats and The Comfort Zone with D. A. P, or dog appeasing pheromone, may help your nervous pet relax.
These products are designed to reduce stress by altering the animals response to its environment. The benefits may include reduced
barking and yowling, help for separation anxiety from humans, and less nervousness during noisy events and transitions from home to
vet or kennel.

New Yorkers can buy the diffuser and refill at Petco locations and at Calling All Pets
